In our commitment to ensuring transparency and confidence in your purchase, we provide a third-party laboratory certificate with every diamond jewelry purchased.

↣ A 3rd party jewelry certificate is an official laboratory certificate from an independent organization. This certificate contains detailed information about the diamond's quality, authenticity, and specifies whether it is a lab-grown or natural diamond.

↣ The certificate is shipped separately, sent straight from the lab that tested the jewelry.

All of Diagaa's Jewelry designs are meticulously crafted by hand in our studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, processing time are as follows:

↣ All our diamond jewelry ships within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

↣ Loose diamond purchases ship within 1- 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you have a specific deadline or require faster shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please email us at care@diagaa.com.

Custom orders are not refundable!. No coupons or promotions shall be used for custom orders.

Cancel Order: You can cancel your order in the first 12 hours after your order is placed, after that 35% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items. Each item is handmade so each cancellation in the middle of production is a loss for our small business.

For Address Change: An address change could be applied any time before your order has shipped.  Please contact us directly at  care@diagaa.com With your order number in the subject line.

Certainly! We provide digital gift cards.
To purchase a gift card for someone special, simply click on the "Gift Card" option. It's important to note that all gift cards are non-refundable.

Yes, we offer free engraving on all jewelry.
However, please note that engraving is not available for our full eternity bands, eternity necklaces, eternity bracelets, and few other designs due to its specific framework.

We are pleased to offer a complimentary resizing service for any item you purchase from us. This service is available for one-time use.

Please Note: 
A). Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs both ways (to us and from us). We are not liable for any damages or loss that may occur during transit to us.
B). Please note that there are certain items, such as Eternity Rings, and few other designs due to its specific framework. So please make sure your sizes are right before placing the order.

↣ Depending on availability, we gladly accommodate rush orders for both domestic and international customers. Please reach out to us at care@diagaa.com before placing your order to confirm that we can meet your deadline.

↣ All rush orders are subject to a rush fee for expedited service and require an upgrade to fastest shipping method.

↣ Please note that all rush orders are non-refundable.

We are happy to extend a layaway option to customers that wish to pay in installments. Please contact at care@diagaa.com us if you would like to set up a layaway plan.

All layaway orders are subject to the following:
↣ A non-refundable deposit of 35%.
↣ The customer is obligated to track payment progress.
↣ Full payment is required before made to order jewelry production can begin.
↣ Full payment is required before items are shipped.
↣ All items purchased through this program are considered final sale.
↣ Plans showing no payment progress within 6 months are subject to forfeit and items will be taken off hold.
↣ Layaway payments and shipping and rush fees are not eligible for refund.

 Our lab-grown diamonds - offers a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative to natural diamonds. They contain the same chemical and physical attributes.

Note - We do not offer diamond jewelry, and sell loose diamonds made from materials like Cubic Zirconia (CZ) or Moissanites.

Our Natural Diamonds - Natural diamonds possess a classic and timeless beauty that is formed deep within the Earth's crust over millions of years. All our natural diamonds are conflict free; we only purchase from trusted suppliers who adhere to strict ethical guidelines.

Lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled environments, offering sustainable and customizable options. They share the same qualities as natural diamonds but are typically more affordable. On the other hand, natural diamonds are formed deep within the Earth over millions of years, prized for their rarity and traditional allure. The choice between them depends on personal values, budget, and preferences.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Expedite Shipping: 3-5 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays).

For Other Countries:

Standard Shipping: 7-12 Business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Note:

↣ These estimates are from the time of shipping, not including the time of manufacturing.
↣ An adult signature will be required at the time of delivery for purchases of $500 and above.

When your order is all packed up and ready to be sent, you'll get an email with a tracking number. This tracking number lets you keep track of where your order is and how close it is to reaching you.

Don't worry! You can easily make an account using the same email address you used to make the order. Once you've created the account, just follow the above-mentioned steps.

For shipments within the USA, no custom duties apply. Diagaa will cover any custom duty if applied.

For deliveries outside the USA, please be aware that additional VAT/Import fees may be required before your package can be delivered. These taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note that USPS,UPS, and Fedex typically takes approximately 2-3 days to initially update the tracking information. However, if you're still experiencing difficulties with tracking your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at care@diagaa.com. We will do our best to assist you with the information we have available.

If you suspect that your package has been lost during transit, please reach out to us promptly at Care@diagaa.com.

We will make every effort to resolve the issue and assist you accordingly. if your item has not been marked as delivered and has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, we will gladly replace your order at no additional cost (US Customers Only).

However, it's important to note that once a delivery service has marked an item as 'Delivered,' Diagaa cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft that may occur.

Returns & Exchange

First, we're sorry for the inconvenience caused!

If you've received a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. Send an email to care@diagaa.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will promptly assist you in finding a solution to resolve the problem.

We are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges.

A). For Defective Jewelry:

↣ Please message us within 24 hours of receiving the item to initiate the return process. We will need you attach pictures or videos.
↣ For defective returns, we will cover the return shipping fees.

B). For Non-Defective Items:

↣ Simply reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
↣ Please note that all our jewelry is made-to-order specifically for each client, we charge a restocking fee for non-defective returns.
↣ Restocking fees: 35% will be applied.
Note: customized or personalized jewelry, full eternity collection (bands, bracelet, necklace), and items purchased during sale event are non-refundable, unless they are defective.
↣ Return shipping fees will be covered by the customer.

To ensure the safety of your return, we kindly request that you pack the items in their original box and in their original condition (unworn). Please include all packaging, tags, certificates, and documentation that came with the item.

We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service to send back the package, and please retain the receipt as proof of shipment. Diagaa is not responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during transit.

For smoother processing, please include a note with your name and invoice number inside the package.

Note: If any item is missing or damaged upon return, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept the return. Additionally, please note that returns for used, damaged, or scratched items are not eligible for a refund.

A). For Defective Jewelry:
↣ For defective returns, we will cover the return shipping fees.

B). For Non-Defective Items:
↣ Buyers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during transit.
↣ The items must be returned in their original condition, packaging, tags, and certificate intact.

C). For Resizes or Repairs:
↣ Buyers are responsible for covering the shipping costs both ways (to us and from us). We are not liable for any damages or loss that may occur during transit to us.
