JEWELRY CARE GUIDE

At Diagaa, our jewelry spans 925 silver, 10K, 14K, and 18K solid gold, and platinum. To ensure the longevity and radiance of your cherished pieces, we kindly recommend the following care guidelines.

Regular Cleaning

To maintain the shine of your jewelry, we recommend regular cleaning with warm water and mild soap, along with a soft toothbrush for gentle scrubbing. Ensure thorough rinsing and dry the jewelry completely using a soft microfiber cloth.

For 925 silver: Our silver pieces are rhodium-plated, so clean them the same gentle way - warm water, mild soap, soft cloth. Avoid anti-tarnish cloths, polishing pastes, or silver dips, as these are made for solid silver and can wear through the rhodium plating over time.

Proper Storage

All fine jewelry requires proper storage to prevent tangling, bending, or breakage. To maintain optimal condition, we suggest utilizing the provided Diagaa box or individual pouches to store each piece separately, clasp the jewelry, lay it flat, or hang it carefully.

Avoid Contact With Chemicals

Take extra caution and remove your jewelry when coming into contact with any form of chemicals, such as cleaning products, lotions, soaps, or makeup. Safeguarding your jewelry from chemical interactions preserves its pristine beauty.

Prioritize Jewelry Removal

Before engaging in activities like sleeping, swimming, showering, exercising, lifting heavy objects, or undertaking outdoor work or gardening, it is advisable to remove your jewelry. This precautionary measure prevents unnecessary strain or potential damage to your precious pieces.

Regular Inspections

Regularly examine your jewelry to ensure that the diamonds are secure in their settings and there are no signs of excessive wear. If you notice any issues, it's best to address them promptly to prevent further damage.
