Baguette Diamond Earrings for Women
A baguette is a long, slim rectangular diamond with step-cut facets, named after the French loaf. Instead of sparkling in points, it flashes in clean lines, so baguette earrings look graphic and polished. A Line of Light, Not a Point
Round diamonds scatter light into sparkles. A baguette's long, parallel facets reflect it in a single bright stripe that moves across the stone as you turn. Set several baguettes end to end and that stripe becomes a continuous line, which is why baguettes are the stone of choice for geometric, Art Deco-inspired earrings. They look crisp from across a room and quiet up close.
Baguette Hoops, Huggies and Drops
Hoops show baguettes at their best, because the stones can run end to end around the curve and read as one unbroken band of light. Our baguette hoops come in natural and lab-grown diamonds, including 0.80 carat pairs, with each stone held in a channel so the edges sit flush.

Geometric Studs: Chevrons, Fans and Snowflakes
Because baguettes are straight-sided, they can be arranged into sharp shapes that round stones can't make.
- Chevron earrings set baguettes in a V, like an arrow. They come in natural and lab-grown.
- Fan studs spread baguettes out from a round diamond like the ribs of a fan, at 0.32 carat per pair, in natural or lab-grown.

Pairing baguettes with rounds gives you both effects at once: line from the baguettes, sparkle from the rounds. Why the Setting Matters
A baguette's corners are square and sharp, and that's where a step-cut stone is most likely to chip. Good baguette settings never leave a corner exposed. In our hoops, a channel of metal holds each stone along both long sides. In studs, the baguettes are tucked against each other or against a round center, so the corners are shielded.
Baguette or Emerald Cut?
Both are step cuts with long, parallel facets. A baguette is narrower, with fewer steps and square corners, and is usually small, so it's used in groups to build a design. Natural or Lab-Grown
Most of our baguette earring designs come in both natural and lab-grown diamonds; the snowflake, drop hoop and huggie dangle are lab-grown. Baguettes in earrings are small, so they aren't individually graded, but any pair priced above $800 comes with a jewelry certificate from GSI.
