At Diagaa, our utmost priority is your complete satisfaction with our jewelry. We acknowledge that situations may arise necessitating the return of an item, and thus, we have outlined our return/exchange policy as follows:

★ Defective/Damaged Returns

 We accept returns and provide a full refund or replacement for any jewelry that is found to be defective upon receipt. Please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

 For defective returns, we will cover the return shipping fees.

 Note: Please note that defective returns will not be accepted once the 24-hour period has elapsed.

★ Non-Defective Returns

 Simply reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 Please note that all our jewelry is made-to-order specifically for each client, we charge a restocking fee for non-defective returns.

 Restocking fees: 35% will be applied.

 Customized or personalized jewelry, full eternity bands, and items purchased during sale event are non-refundable, unless they are defective.

 Return shipping fees will be covered by the customer.

★ Loose Diamonds

 Once you place an order for a loose diamond, whether it is a listed diamond or a custom-cut order, it is not eligible for return, cancellation, or exchange under any circumstances.

★ Following Items Can't Be Returned Or Exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

 Custom or Personalized Orders.

 Items On Sale.

 Full Eternity Bands.

 Items Purchased During Sales Events.

 Loose Diamonds. 

★ Return Process

 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service, our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

 Once we receive the returned item and we will verify its condition.

 The item must be returned in its original condition(unworn), including all packaging, tags, certificates, and documentation.

 You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is found to be defective.

 For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured trackable courier & retain your receipt. Diagaa is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.  

 If any item is missing or damaged upon return, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept the return. Additionally, please note that returns for used, damaged, or scratched items are not eligible for a refund.

★ Refunds

 Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends) to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 If the item is not in its original condition, we won’t issue any refund.

 Gift cards are non-refundable. 

 Refunds will not include any shipping fees or duties paid during the original purchase, for non-defective jewelry.

 Please note that if a non-defective item is returned in a damaged or used condition, we cannot issue a refund.

 Kindly note that the refund amount will be the purchase price minus the applicable restocking fee.

★ Exchanges

 We do not offer direct exchanges for made-to-order jewelry. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
