We Ship Worldwide

Diagaa ships to the United States and to eligible international destinations. We're currently unable to ship to Iran, Pakistan, Bangladesh, or a small number of other countries outside our shipping network - see the full list below.

Note - We do not ship to U.S. P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping Cost

United States: Free standard shipping on all orders.

Australia, Canada, UK, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Netherlands, Ireland, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, Iceland: $19.99 (free on orders above $2,000).

Remaining Europe, Saudi Arabia, UAE: $29.99 (free on orders above $3,000).

Brazil, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Austria, Egypt, Hungary, Israel, New Zealand, Nigeria, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Ukraine, Malaysia: $64.99.

All other eligible countries: $49.99.

Shipping/Transit Timeline

(from time of dispatch, excluding weekends and holidays)

United States: 5-7 business days.

Canada, UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore: 7-10 business days.

All other eligible countries: 10-14 business days.

Note - These estimates are from the time of shipping, not including production time.

Processing / Production Time

Every Diagaa piece is made to order and handcrafted by our team, so production time depends on the piece:

↣ Fancy color jewelry, tennis bracelets, link bracelets, tennis necklaces, bridal necklaces, men's bracelets, and platinum jewelry: 2-3 weeks.

↣ All other jewelry: 2 weeks.

Quick Note

↣ Deliveries outside the United States may be subject to additional customs duties and import fees. Diagaa doesn't control these and can't advise on the exact cost, as they vary by country - contact your local customs office for details. These fees aren't included in the purchase price and can't be reimbursed by Diagaa.

↣ Once a package is marked "delivered" by the courier, Diagaa can't be held responsible for loss or theft after that point - though we're glad to help you work with the courier toward a resolution.

↣ If your item hasn't been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment, we'll replace your order at no additional cost (U.S. customers only).
