Domestic (USA): Free standard shipping within the USA on all orders.

International Countries: Free standard shipping to other countries on orders of $249+

Note - Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

For Domestic (USA):

↣ Standard Shipping: 4-6 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays).

↣ Express Shipping: 2-3 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays).

For International Countries:

↣ Standard Shipping: 8-12 Business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

↣ These estimates are from the time of shipping, not including the time of manufacturing.
↣ An adult signature will be required at the time of delivery for purchases of $500 and above.

★ Processing Time

Diagaa's jewelry designs are meticulously crafted by hand in our studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, production/processing time is 10-12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

↣ Deliveries outside of The United States may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Diagaa does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country.

For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

↣ Please note that once a package is marked as "delivered" by a courier, we may not be held responsible for any loss or theft that may occur after delivery. However, we are committed to assisting you in such cases and will work with the courier to seek a resolution.

↣ If your item has not been marked as delivered and has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, we will gladly replace your order at no additional cost (For Customers in USA Only).
