Describe the jewelry you're picturing and complete our Custom Form. One of our founders - not a call center, not general staff - will personally reach out to set up a complimentary virtual consultation and talk through every detail with you.

Step 2: We Design It With You

Drawing on everything from your consultation, our founder-designer sketches a piece built specifically for you. You'll receive the final design alongside a clear quotation, so you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs.

Step 3: Refine Until It's Right

Approve the design and we'll send a payment link to get started. Want an adjustment first? Just ask - we're happy to arrange a follow-up consultation to fine-tune anything before it goes into production.

Step 4: Watch It Come to Life

Most custom pieces are ready within our standard production time. If yours needs a little longer, we'll tell you the exact timeline upfront - before you order, never after - so you're never left wondering.
