Step 1

To start an inquiry, please describe your jewelry and complete our Custom Form. A staff member will contact you to set up a virtual appointment to go over your jewelry in further detail.

Step 2

Based on the conversation during the consultation, our designer will use all the information they have gathered to create a design just for you. Along with the final design, you will receive the quotation of the jewelry.

Step 3

Upon approval of the design, a product link will be sent to you for payment. If any changes are required, a consultation to go over any more adjustments can be arranged upon request.

Step 4

Receive your bespoke jewelry within 14 business days of purchase and see your vision come to life.
