Free US shipping, made-to-order craftsmanship. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, production takes 2 weeks (2-3 weeks for tennis bracelets/necklaces, link bracelets, bridal necklaces, and platinum jewelry). Once your order ships, US delivery takes 5-7 business days - free of charge. We also ship to select international destinations, with delivery in 7-14 business days; shipping cost is shown at checkout, while any customs duties or import fees are determined separately once your order ships.
For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

Shop with confidence - 30 days to decide. If your piece isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it, as long as it's unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, certification, and tags. A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns, and customers arrange their own return shipping. If your item arrives defective, report it within 24 hours with a photo or video and we'll cover the return shipping for you. A few categories are final sale unless defective: personalized/engraved pieces, full eternity rings, tennis bracelets/necklaces, custom orders, and adjustable-length items.

For full details, see our Return & Exchange Policy.

Your DIAGAA piece can include two separate certificates - one for the diamond, one for the finished jewelry. Here's what applies to each.

Diamond certificate - covers the stone
Graded by GIA or IGI for carat weight, cut, color and clarity. Included automatically when each individual diamond meets:

  • Natural diamonds: 0.50 ct each, and above - GIA or IGI
  • Lab-grown diamonds: 1.00 ct each, and above - IGI
  • Fancy color diamonds: 1.00 ct each, and above - IGI

Diamonds under these weights aren't certified automatically.

Jewelry certificate - covers the finished piece
Issued by GSI (Gemological Science International). Included on jewelry priced above $800.
Exceptions: Pieces set with a black diamond or small fancy-color diamond don't include this certificate by default, but one can be added for $35, which extends production by an extra week. Pieces set with a gemstone are not eligible for a jewelry certificate at any price, including on request.
